For immediate release
Nov. 5, 2003

Abilene Christian University has announced the theme and student co-chairs for Sing Song 2004.  This year, Sing Song will focus on the cinema with a theme of "Silver Screen."

"The theme was inspired by classic movies such as Gone With the Wind, The Wizard of Oz, and Singing in the Rain, and classic movie stars like Charlie Chaplin, Clark Gable, and Audrey Hepburn," said Kendall Massey, director of student productions. "Of course, the show and the theme will reflect a wide range of movies from various time periods and genres."

The three students who will be leading this year’s production as co-chairs are Demetrius Collins, senior exercise science major from Odessa; Katey Earles, senior marketing major from Abilene; and Mollie Mankins, senior marketing major from Crandall.

Sing Song 2004 will be Feb. 19-21.
