Women for ACU to serve Christmas luncheons, fill

The Abilene Chapter of Women for Abilene Christian
University is ringing in the holiday season with Christmas
luncheons in the beautifully decorated Jennings House museum
on the corner of E.N. 16th and Campus Court.
Luncheons will be served from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Thursday,
Dec.9, and Friday, Dec.10. The price, $7 per person,
includes drink and dessert. Reservations are required and
may be made by calling 674-2729, 677-1298 or 677-6083.
The WACU kitchens are operating in full force for the
holiday season. To order casseroles, breads, cakes, pies or
cookies for December, order forms can be picked up at the
WACU museum on Thursdays or by calling 674-2729.
The WACU Gift Shop, located behind the museum, also will
be open the same days and hours for shopping. All proceeds
from luncheons and gift shop benefit ACU students through
scholarship and campus improvements.
