ACU alum to speak today about combating weapons of mass
destruction

WHO:
Greg Sheppard, Abilene Christian University class of
1974, works for the United States government in an effort to
keep the world safe from nuclear attacks. He oversees a
program that assists Ukrainian engineers and physicists in
the supervision of enriched uranium in Ukraine, a former
member of the Soviet Union. As a scientist, Sheppard
understands what happens when a nuclear weapon explodes.
WHAT:
Sheppard will speak today about "Combating Weapons of
Mass Destruction: 'The Sum of All Fears' or 'A Clear and
Present Danger?'"
