Prison warden to speak to ACU criminal justice class Media Advisory Oct. 25, 1999 WHO: Warden Doyle McKelvaney from the French Robertson Prison Unit WHAT: McKelvaney will bring inmate weapons found in correctional facilities and discuss issues faced by employees of the Texas Criminal Department of Justice.
