ACU to officially open 94th year Monday with Lt. Gov. WHAT: Opening Ceremonies, including the colorful Parade of Flags where students from the 50 United States and about 60 foreign countries carry their flags and dress in culturally\ appropriate attire for an impressive and moving procession. WHEN: Monday, August 23, 11 a.m.; the ceremony will last about one hour. WHERE: Moody Coliseum (designated parking is available at the north entrance to Moody.)
