Education course offered by Texas Tech at ACU For immediate release July 14, 1999 Texas Tech College of Education may offer a course in Abilene in the Fall 1999 semester. Higher Education Administration (EDHE 5321) is a core requirement for the Masters and Doctorate degree in Higher Education. Texas Tech plans to offer this course either on six Fridays or Saturdays throughout the fall semester if there is a total enrollment of at least eight students.
