Presidential Scholarship recipient announced For immediate release May 5, 1999 The Law Scholarship Committee at Abilene Christian University announced the recipients of the Presidential Scholarships for ACU students attending law school in the fall of '99. This year's recipient of the scholarship for Texas Tech University is Brad McCall, senior political science major from Albuquerque.
