English students to conduct poetry readings

Abilene Christian University English students will create Black Tulip, an annual coffee house setting designed for live poetry reading and soft jazz music.

Black Tulip will take place Friday, April 27, in the Shore Art Gallery on campus from 8 to 10 p.m. Admission is free, and all are invited.

Copies of The Shinnery Review 2001 will be available for purchase. This event is free (including cheesecake and coffee) and is sponsored by The Shinnery, an ACU student literary publication, and the Campus Activities Team.
