Congressional activities to come to life for ACU student
For Immediate Release Dec. 13, 2000 Contact: Tom Craig, Director of Media and Community Relations Abilene Christian University student Hailey Martin, sophomore political science major from San Antonio, has been awarded an internship with Congressman Lamar Smith in Washington, D.C., for the month of June. Martin's duties will include accompanying the Congressman to hearings or sessions, answering letters to constituents, leading tours of the building and running office errands.
