Mark Lewis, coordinator of spiritual development and campus ministries, and Ruth Oldham, who works in The World Famous Bean, were chosen as grand marshals for the Abilene Christian Univerity Homecoming parade.

ACU students were recently asked to nominate two university full-time personnel, a man and a woman, to be grand marshals in the Homecoming parade, which starts at 9:30 a.m. on Saturday, Oct. 14.

"The marshals are chosen mainly because they constantly demonstrate a genuine concern for the student body as well as ACU," said Ryan Bradley, homecoming co-chair. "These people have a positive influence on all students they come in contact with."

The marshals will lead the parade on Saturday.
