Feb. 22, 2000

Jennifer Trietsch, a 1998 graduate of Abilene Christian University, was chosen by Arthur Andersen as the recipient of the "Beyond Our Doors" recognition award for the first quarter of 2000.

Arthur Andersen recognizes five employees every quarter for community involvement. An outstanding employee is selected in each of category: children, youth and family; health; education; humanity; and culture.

Trietsch was selected because of the number of years she has volunteered with Women for Abilene Christian University and her dedication to education.

She has been a lifetime member for 10 years. In that time she has worked with the Abilene chapter serving lunches at Lectureship, working at the annual garage sale and serving at Bible Teacher's Workshop tearooms.

Over the past three years, she has served on the national board of WACU, serving as secretary for a year. She is now on her second three-year term.

Trietsch graduated from ACU with a B.B.A. in accounting and finance in 1998 and a M.B.A. in accounting in 1999. She is a staff auditor with Arthur Andersen.

Andersen will donate $200 to WACU in Trietsch's name.

Arthur Andersen is a professional services firm. They provide audit, tax and business consulting expertise.
