Janice Hahn was a Change the World profilee in the Fall 2001 issue of ACU Today magazine.

The election of Janice Hahn ('74) to the Los Angeles City Council in June 2001 marked the 47th straight year for a family member to serve in elected office in L.A. Her brother, James, also was elected mayor. Janice agrees with her late father, who believed that the two most noble professions are full-time gospel minister and elected public servant. Her commitment to helping lead and serve is changing the world for the 3.8 million citizens of Los Angeles.
