Interim Designation of Agent to Receive Notification of Claimed Infringement.

This is to notify copyright owners that Abilene Christian University's agent to receive statutory notices about infringements under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act is Dr. Thomas L. WInter, associate provost.

Any copyright owner wishing to send a statutory notice to Abilene Christian University should file that notice in writing with Dr. Thomas L. Winter.

The Copyright Office notice regarding Interim Regulations is currently available as are the Interim Regulations.
