Incoming Mail

All incoming U.S. Mail and shipments for students is received and processed by Mail Services.  We receive, sort, and box an average of 4,200 pieces of incoming mail each day.

When someone is ordering a cell phone for you, please be aware that if they order it on the phone company's web site, the cell phone will more than likely be shipped with only the name on the account as the recipient. The phone companies do this for credit card fraud prevention. As your name is not on the shipment, we will not know who to deliver it to and will return it to the sender.

To avoid this situation, have them order the cell phone over the phone company's toll-free line as they can address the shipment to the name on the account in care of your name.  With your name on the shipment, we can then correctly deliver it.
