The ACU Psychology Clinic provides quality community counseling and psychological assessment to Abilene and the Big Country. To set an appointment call 325-674-4826.

Groups are offered on a rotating basis, depending on client need. Groups offered include:

All services are offered in a Christian environment that is respectful of all people and belief systems. 

Who provides Services
The clinic staff is comprised of graduate students under the supervision of licensed psychologists and counselors. The trainees are master-level students in the Counseling and Clinical or School Psychology Program at ACU. A licensed psychologist supervises each trainee and all clients have the benefit of the experience and expertise of the clinical faculty.

Purpose
The purpose of the Psychology Clinic is to provide professional training for graduate trainees, community counseling for Abilene and the Big Country, and to provide empirical research for the discipline of Psychology.

Confidentiality
Texas State law provides for privacy between a client and a psychologist or counselor. All records are held in the strictest confidence according the American Psychological Association (APA) and Texas State Law. Trainees will discuss with every client the limits to confidentiality.
