The ACU Counseling Center hosts ongoing events in order to establish a relationship with students, faculty and staff. In an effort to better meet the emotional needs of those on campus we have the following events to educate, encourage, and edify the ACU body. We invite you to participate in this journey by joining us in the many activities on campus.

Premarital Counseling Chapel Series
Click here for registration and more information about the 2017 chapel series beginning Thursday, March 2.
Beginning each year in February, the Counseling Center in partnership with the Marriage and Family Institute offer a 6 session chapel series specifically for engaged or soon-to-be engaged couples.
This Premarital Counseling Chapel Series is designed to help build stronger relationships and marriages by helping couples celebrate their strengths and identify their growth areas, encouraging couples to dialogue about their relationship in meaningful and productive ways, increasing practical relationship skills in Communication, Conflict Resolution, Closeness, Flexibility, and Financial Management, and increasing understanding of relationship issues in such areas as Personality, Affection & Sex, and Family of Origin.
Upon completion of the chapel series and the follow-up sessions, couples will be eligible for a $60 discount of their marriage license from Twogether in Texas. It is extremely important that each couple attend each session in order to receive the Twogether in Texas certificate.
The cost is $35 per couple, which is paid directly to PREPARE/ENRICH and includes the PREPARE/ENRICH Inventory and a workbook for each person.
