TSS Software and TSS Hardware

These two groups deal directly with the ACU owned computers on campus.  If a software or hardware issue can't be resolved by front-line support these individuals move in to resolve the problem.

Front-Line Support

Helpdesk/Team55 is your one stop shop for front-line technical support while attending or working for the University.  We don't control the technology on-campus but we can get in touch with the people who do. 

Both offices are located in the Learning Commons and are staffed during the following hours:

  • Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday - 7:00am - Midnight
  • Wednesday - 7:00am - 6:00pm & 8:30pm - Midnight
  • Friday - 7:00am - 5:00pm
  • Saturday - 9:00am - 5:00pm
  • Sunday - 1:30pm - 5:00pm & 8:30pm - Midnight

Training Center

Technology Support has also implemented a new training program. There will be many classes available to the employees such as: Microsoft Office products, email clients, calendar, Banner, and ID system.  Recently, a New Employee Technology Training as well as a class on Network Security has been added. The class schedule is posted on the Training Center website.


The ACU CopyCat is your friendly, on-campus copy and project center.  We’ll get the job done right at the best price so you don't have to waste time leaving campus.  The CopyCat is conveniently located for our students and faculty/staff in the Library Learning Commons next to Team55 and Starbucks.  Drop off your project, grab some coffee and relax while we do the work!
