ACU only supports Internet Explorer and Mozilla (Firefox) browsers for PCs and Mozilla (Firefox) and Safari browsers for Macintosh.
Overview of Issue
Due to the software applications that require web browsers, Technology Support Services will limit support to those web browsers listed above. By doing so, programming efforts are reduced, opportunity for faster technical assistance is created, and end users will have confidence to know web sites are working properly.
Revisions to this policy must be reviewed and approved by the CIO Cabinet.
The following individuals or offices should be notified prior to implementing changes to this policy: CIO Cabinet.
