What if I need help and the Helpdesk is closed?
If we are closed, you may leave the office a voice message or send us an e-mail. We will respond to your request as soon as possible. If you have a pressing issue, please refer to the emergency information below:
Emergencies: If there is a network/system outage after hours, please call the office and select the option for the automated emergency paging system.
Emergencies are defined as affecting multiple individuals (for example, no one can access myACU or no one in your building can get Internet access). If your issue is not an emergency, simply leave us a message with all the proper contact information, and we will call you back during regular business hours.
