John Little

Dr. John Little received a bachelor's and master's degree in biology from ACU. 

Little began at ACU in 1961 as assistant instructor of biology.  From 1972 until 1984, he was premedical advisor at ACU, serving as chairman of the Advisory Committee for the Health Professions since 1972.  More than 200 ACU students under Little’s direction were accepted to medical schools and more than 90 to dental schools.  Little resigned as chairman of the health professions committee in 1984, when he became chairman of ACU's biology department.

Little was honored in 1995 with the Teacher of the Year Award.  He and his wife, Ann ('63), have four children: Ellen ('92), Alicia Walls ('92), Jan ('94) and Andy ('97).
