Jennifer Haltom Doan earned her B.B.A. in finance from ACU in 1986. In 1991, she married Darby Doan ('88) and they have two children: Katherine and Claire.
Doan made history at ACU several times in the four years she was enrolled. In 1984, she helped found and direct a student orientation program designed to introduce freshmen and transfer students to ACU, its students and traditions, known as Welcome Week. In 1985, she was elected the first female president of the Students’ Association.
Doan was appointed to ACU’s Board of Trustees in 1993. She and her husband practice law at the same firm, Patton, Haltom, Roberts, McWilliams & Greer, L.L.P. in Texarkana.
