C.G. Gray first served at ACU on the advisory board from 1974-1981. In 1981 Dr. Gray came to ACU as dean of the College of Professional Studies and professor of education. He became vice president for academic affairs in 1982.
While at ACU, Gray also served as vice president for information services, director of institutional research and coordinator of the Board of Visitors.
Now retired, Dr. Gray is professor emeritus of education and vice president emeritus. He and his wife, Barbara ('45), have three sons: John ('78), Dave ('79) and Cary ('82).
