• For Delegates (those marching in the processional) - Complete the Delegate Response Form. Delegates marching in the processional are requested to provide their own academic regalia.  After the convocation, regalia check will be provided in the Teague Special Events Center.
• For Invited Guests - Complete the Guest Response Form.

Parking 

Parking near Moody Coliseum is located north and east of the building.  One small lot north of the Coliseum will be reserved for special-needs guests and delegates with parking permits. (Permits for delegates will be sent to you prior to the event.)

Accommodations

A block of rooms have been reserved at the following hotels at the rate of $89.00 per night. To obtain this rate, reservations must be made by August 27, 2006.
