Creating and designing Web pages is, in most cases, the responsibility of the department or office for whom the pages are created. You are welcome to use any possible resource when creating your pages - staff members, student workers or even outside freelance designers who may assist you. However, retaining some consistency with the overall ACU Web site is preferable.
