GENERAL INFORMATION

Coaches' Meeting

Coaches' meeting will take place Sunday, April 15 at 7 p.m. in the Club Room of Shady Oaks Golf course. At the meeting pairings will be made and posted. Note: Only soft spikes allowed on course.

Practice

Practice rounds are optional and will be a contestant's own expense ($17 per player). A block of tee times has been reserved on Sunday after 1:30 p.m. Call Shady Oaks Golf Course at 325-854-1757 to reserve your practice round.

Awards

Medals and trophies will be available for pickup immediately after the competition.

Spectator

It is not the responsibility of spectators to report rule violations. The players or marshals of the meet will submit these in writing. Spectators must stay on path away from players during competition. Spectators may not coach or "advise" players during competition. Spectators may not take clothing, food, drink to players during competition.
Important: Any violations of the above will result in a 2-stroke penalty for players involved upon the first offense and disqualification if the activity continues.

Plan of Play

Competition will be 36 holes of stroke play with each contestant playing 18 holes each day. pairing will be made and posted at the Coaches' Meeting.

Girls begin at 8 a.m.
