August Passport Testing Reservation Form

Below, you will find the Testing Reservation Form that can be completed online. After deciding which test(s) you will be taking, please complete the form and submit your request. Upon completion of the form, you will receive confirmation via email within 3-5 days.

Due to limited space, multiple testing times have been offered to accomodate all students and provide a better testing environment. Reservations will be made on a first come, first served basis.

If you wish to schedule a CLEP test, please realize that you need to allow 2 hours for each one. For example, you cannot sign up for a CLEP test at 2:00 p.m. and a placement test at 3:00 p.m. Your next test should not be scheduled until at least 4:00 p.m. Also, you cannot schedule a CLEP test later than 3:00 p.m. on Sunday or 10:00 a.m. on Monday. Special Note: Students attempting credit for Freshmen English via CLEP testing will be required to take the ACU English Essay on Monday at 10:00 a.m.
