Lat Machine

1.  Take a seat, reach up and grasp the bar.

2.  Pull the bar down - make sure that your spine does not bend during the exercise.

3.  Maintain a smooth, controlled speed through the movement.

4.  Stay in control of the weight.

5.  At the end of the exercise, return the weight stack to the starting position.
