Hispanic Scholarship Fund
DescriptionThe High School Scholarship Program is designed to assist high school students of Hispanic heritage obtain a college degree. It is available to graduating high school seniors who plan to enroll full-time at a community college or four-year institution during the upcoming academic year.

Abilene Hispanic Leadership Council Scholarship
DescriptionScholarship for Hispanic students currently attending a school in the Region 14 Education Center system (Abilene and surrounding areas).

UNCF General Scholarship Program
DescriptionSince 1985, the UNCF Scholarships and Grants Administration office has awarded in scholarship assistance over $105 million to over 28,000 students enrolled in its 39 member colleges and universities and other HBCUs and majority institutions as well. DescriptionFunded by a grant from the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, this scholarship was established to provide outstanding low income minority students with an opportunity to complete an undergraduate college education in any discipline area of interest.

International Association of Black Actuaries
DescriptionThe International Association of Black Actuaries scholarship program advances its mission by providing scholarships at the undergraduate and graduate level to qualified black students who are interested in pursuing an actuarial career. IABA's mission is to contribute to an increase in the number of black actuaries and to influence the successful career development, civic growth and achievement of black actuaries.

How to ApplyIABA Scholarship recipients are required to serve on an IABA committee for one year. Future portions of the scholarship amount are contingent upon fulfilling the service requirement.
