Cultures of ACU Scholarships

We are so happy that you are applying for the multicultural scholarships offered by Abilene Christian University. These scholarship awards were created in order to better assist students who have dedicated themselves to cultural education and development. They are also designed to honor students who continue to practice principles of diversity and service.

Descriptions:

Initial Eligibility Requirements

• Apply for and be granted admission to ACU by our regular admissions 
  deadline on Feb. 1. 

• Complete the Cultures Scholarships Application by March 15. 
• Graduate in the upper 50 percent of your senior class. 
• Score 20 or above on the ACT (composite) or 960 or above on the SAT 
  (math and verbal ONLY) and/or transfer with a GPA of 2.5 or higher.
• Domestic students must complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid
• International students must complete College Board’s International 
  Student Financial Aid Application

Renewal Requirements

Students must:

• Maintain a cumulative GPA of 2.75. 

• Enroll in and earn at least 15 credit hours each semester (except the 
  final semester). 
• Remain in good standing with respect to all ACU policies and 
  regulations. 
• Maintain 12 credit-hour enrollment throughout the Title IV refund 
  period. 
• Domestic students complete the Free Application for Federal Student 
  Aid annually by March 1. 
• Satisfy the program requirements
