Self Defense

This September at Gardner, we have had a four-part workout series on Wednesday nights. Each week something different was offered, starting with Yoga, then Step Aerobics, next Self-Defense/Martial Arts, and closing with Pilates. These are led by RAs and open to all the girls in Gardner in order to provide a community to exercise with and lean some new ways of working out.

 

The Self Defense/Martial Arts class was led by our RA who has a black belt in karate and was promoting incorporating exercise with tools of self-defense!
