At ACU, we are constructing a holistic vision for Residence Life Education and Housing, one in which communities of students work together to assure the best possible living and learning environments. We believe that living and learning are an integrated process, and that faith in Jesus Christ is the basis for all things.
We believe very strongly in a student development model of living and learning, where students are able to grow spiritually, socially, and academically. For your first two years at ACU, you will live in a residence hall where you will have opportunities to make important connections, for Bible study, service, leadership development, study groups, and lots of fun.
Your first year at ACU, you will have an 11:30 p.m. curfew Sunday through Thursday nights and 1 a.m. Friday and Saturday nights. The curfew enables students to be back in the halls, forming lifelong relationships with friends. Students in their second year do not have a curfew unless they are pledging a social club. Residence Life Education and Housing is a key component of the educational mission of ACU; it is where living, learning, and faith come together so that students may learn to live lives of Christian service and leadership throughout the world.
