Hall Open and Close Dates:

Fall 2012:

Residence halls open to freshman and transfer students on:

• Saturday, August 18: 8 a.m. - 6 p.m.
• Sunday, August 19: 1 p.m. - 5 p.m.

Residence halls open to returning students on:

• Saturday, August 25: 8 a.m. - 6 p.m.
• Sunday, August 26: 1 p.m. - 5 p.m.

Residence halls close to all students on:

• Saturday, December 15: 12 p.m.

Note: Residents must be checked-out of hall within 24 hours of last final exam.

Spring 2013:

Note: All students planning on living in a res-hall for short course must make arrangements with their residence hall director before the fall semester ends.

Residence halls open for short course students on:

• Sunday, January 6: 1p.m.

Residence halls open to transfer students and study abroad returners on:

• Friday,  January 11: 8a.m. - 12p.m.

Residence halls open to all residents on:

• Saturday, January 12:  8a.m.    

Residence halls close to all students on:

• Saturday, May 11: 12p.m.
