How to Submit a Request
The Transcript Request Form must be completed online, printed, and signed. All financial obligations to the university must be cleared before a transcript is issued. Students who left ACU without completing the federally-required Stafford Exit Counseling must do so before a transcript can be released. Scroll to the bottom of the Stafford Loan page (under "The Last Steps") to complete this process. Signed transcript request forms may be submitted:
- By fax to 325-674-2238
- As an attachment to an email to email@example.com
- In person to the Depot located in the McGlothlin Campus Center
- Or sent through regular mail addressed to Abilene Christian University, ACU Box 29141, Abilene, TX, 79699-9141
Transcript requests are processed within two business days, but during peak periods (such as the beginning and end of semesters), processing times could be longer.
There is no fee for regular transcript processing. Transcript shipping via UPS Next Day Air is available (U.S. addresses only) for a fee of $50 plus applicable tax. The normal 1-2 day processing period before shipping will still be in effect. Visit the ACU Market Place to place an order for UPS Next Day Air shipping. Please note that UPS does not deliver to P.O. boxes.
