All students may access their grades on the following dates:

Midterm Grades:

• Fall and Spring midterm grades will be available beginning Thursday of the 9th week of class.

Final Grades:

• Fall and Spring grades will be available beginning Thursday following the week of finals.
• Summer grades will be available beginning the first Thursday after each Summer Session ends.

Grades for previous semesters may be viewed at any time.

Freshmen

ACU will mail grades for the fall and spring semesters to first year freshmen students at their permanent address within 3 weeks after the end of the semester.

Viewing Grades on the Web

1. Log in to MyACU.
2. Click on the Banner link in the upper left corner of the page.
3. Select Student and Financial Aid.
4. Select Student Records.
5. There are three options for viewing grades:

• • Select Final Grades (This option only shows grades for the term selected).
    • Select the correct term.
    • Click "Submit."
  • Select Academic Transcript (This option shows grades for all classes from all terms).
    • Select the correct Transcript Level.
    • Select "Unofficial Transcript" as the Transcript Type.
    • Click "Submit."
  • Select Midterm Grades (this option only shows grades for the term selected).
    • Select the correct term.
    • Click "Submit."
