Other Services

Introduction

We provide a number of other services to the ACU campus. We receive the inbound freight and shipments via FedEx, UPS and other carriers. We pick up purchases from the local vendors in Abilene. We deliver to your department's main office the shipments received, items picked up in town and Warehouse orders. We are also responsible for coordinating the moves of new ACU employees when all or part of the cost is paid by ACU. We also provide services such as Shredding/Recycling Services in which we pick up a container from your office, shred the documents, and return the container back to your department. We also now have individual storage space available for lease. In addition, University Purchasing is the administrator for the university credit card (Pcard) and the administrator of all out-going shipping.
