Rachel Phillips-Buck serves as a Career and Academic Counselor
and is the coordinator of the D!scovery Program. She has spent over 1500 hours in face-to-face contact with students exploring the things that keep them stuck in the process of deciding on their major or career. She teaches a U100 class specifically for Deciding students, and teaches the Career and Life Planning Class in the Spring semester. She is passionate about helping students find what they love.
Rachel loves to:

She will try anything once.
She received a degree in Psychology from Abilene Christian in 2000 and her Masters Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy in August 2003. She is currently pursuing licensure. Rachel joined the Office of Career and Academic Development in February, 2006.
