The Resource Library is the first place to turn when your nonprofit organization is looking for grant money or organizational information.
You will find the newest edition of FC-Search, a computer program that tracks the funding interests and giving patterns of more than 57,000 U.S. foundations, corporations and public charities. In addition to that we also have an online subscription to Board Source a valuable source of information for board members as well as The Foundation Center a source of grant information and grant searches.
The library also contains numerous foundation directories where you can search by subject, state or donor to find crucial foundation information - how to contact them, what their assets are, what they like to fund, who they've given to in the past, their application deadlines and much more.
Resources on specific topics of nonprofit management such as volunteerism, board training, fundraising, strategic planning and marketing can also be found in the library.
The Funding Information Library is open weekdays from 8:30 am to 12:00 pm and 1:00 pm to 4:30 pm.
Contact the Nonprofit Management Center office at 325-674-2803 for an appointment.
