Mental Health Services

If you are currently receiving treatment from a physician back home, your care may be continued here while you are an ACU student. In order for our psychiatrist, to ensure continuity of care, it will be important for you to complete an Authorization to Release Information form when you first arrive on campus.

Psychiatric services, including maintenance of ADD/ADHD medications, Bipolar Disorder, Major Depression, and other psychiatric conitions, are offered in the clinic at the hours and fees listed below:

Payment of charges incurred will be billed to the students ACU Banner account, or the student may pay by cash, check, or credit card at the time of service.  The ACU Medical Clinic does not accept insurance.

Policy on Missed or Cancelled Appointments

Psychiatric visits not cancelled three hours in advance of the appointment time or "no shows" will be charged $25.00 for the visit.
