IRS Income Tax Forms

The following IRS income tax forms are available in the mailbox lobby from early January through the end of April each year:

• 1040 forms and instructions and schedules A, B, D and EIC
• 1040A forms and instructions and schedules 1 and 2
• 1040EZ forms and instructions

In addition we have a laminated set of most income tax forms that can be used to make a photocopy of the form.

Passport Applications

Passport applications for new U.S. passports are available at the window. The completed applications, photographs and supporting documentation must be submitted in person at the Claims and Inquiry window at the downtown post office, 341 Pine Street.
