For ACU students, employees and visitors, our window provides a wide variety of mailing, shipping and related products and services.  From overnight delivery to economy, we offer many different mailing services to meet your needs to virtually every address worldwide.  And best of all, no markups, you only pay the exact cost of postage.  Also, no added surcharges for out of delivery area, residential delivery or fuel prices.

As a Postal Service contract station we are able to offer these fine postal products and services:

• All domestic and international mailing services
• Free packaging for domestic and international Express and Priority Mail services
• Postal Money Orders
• Optional mailing services (e.g. certified, registered)

Location

Our window is located on the first floor of the McGlothlin Campus Center in the mailbox lobby (building "ML" in the middle of the campus map).

Hours

When classes are in session during the fall and spring semesters and summers, our window is open:

Saturdays	Closed

We are closed on Martin Luther King, Jr. Day, Good Friday and if classes are not in session, Independence Day and Memorial Day. Our hours during the holidays and breaks are available on Our Hours page, are posted in the mailbox lobby and are published in Off the Beam, our newsletter for ACU faculty and staff.

U.S. Mail Collections

All items mailed at our window are picked up by the Postal Service daily and are taken to Abilene's Mail Processing Center where they are processed with all of the other mail collected in Abilene. Your mail is processed at the same time whether you mail with us or go to the downtown post office.

The Postal Service collects our outgoing mail:

Note: The mailing deadline for Express Mail, Global Express Mail and Global Priority Mail is 4:35 p.m. Monday through Friday.

The collection times during ACU and Federal holidays are available on Our Hours page, are posted in the mailbox lobby and are published in Off the Beam, our newsletter for faculty and staff.

The closest Postal Service U.S. Mail collection box is located in the United Supermarket parking lot at 1091 North Judge Ely Boulevard.  It's current pickup schedule is:
