Summer 2010 Mailbox Assignment Information

Enrollment Requirement	To be assigned a mailbox for Summer 2010, you must be enrolled in summer or fall classes.
Summer 2010 Mailbox Assignment Begins	We will begin assigning mailboxes for Summer 2010 beginning May 3, 2010. If you need the mailbox to open before this date, please see the Spring 2010 Mailbox Assignment Information page (spring mailbox rent rates will apply).
Mailbox Rent	Summer 2010 mailbox rent is due (cash or check) at the time of mailbox assignment. Summer rent is a flat rate for any length of rental and is not refundable.
You Can Start Receiving Mail	The exact date you can start receiving mail will be in the mailbox assignment information.

Mailbox Assignment

If you have any special needs regarding your mailbox assignment, please let us know when you apply for your mailbox.

You may apply for a mailbox for Summer 2010 beginning May 3, 2010:

In person at our window during regular business hours.
By completing a Mailbox Application and sending it to us*. We will then send you your mailbox assignment information two or three business days after receipt:
- Print a Mailbox Application for a student mailbox (single students) (PDF file, 36 KB) or for a family mailbox (married students and/or those with children) (PDF file, 37 KB).
- Request that a Mailbox Application be sent to you by email, fax or mail.

* Mailbox applications may be mailed, faxed or scanned and emailed to us. We must have the student's signature on the mailbox application.
