Incorrectly Addressed Mail

Incoming mail and shipments that have an incorrect address will be delayed as they go through our mail markup process. It is our goal to have this mail and shipments corrected and boxed by the end of the same day it was received. U.S. Mail will be processed using the Postal Service's rules for forwarding and returning mail, which is based on the class of mail and the sender's instructions.

Express Mail, First-Class Mail, Periodicals and Package Services

These classes of U.S. Mail will be corrected and forwarded to you. The sender will be notified of your correct address if they requested it. The mail will only be returned to the sender if they have requested that incorrectly addressed mail be returned to them.

Standard Mail

This class of U.S. Mail will not be forwarded to you and it will be discarded or returned to the sender, as specified by the sender. The sender will be notified of your correct address if they have requested it.

International Mail and Small Package Carrier Shipments

These will be corrected and forwarded to you.
