Campus Mail Policy | Mail Piece Design | Mailing Instructions | Boxing Goals | Campus Mail Fees
It is our goal to get your mail boxed as soon as possible. However, since we will receive an average of 1,200 pieces of campus mail per day, it does take some time to sort and box the mail.

Mailings Up to 100 Pieces |
These goals are for mail that is properly prepared according to the mail piece design section and the mailing instructions.

Mailings Over 100 Pieces |
These mailings are boxed on a first-come, first-serve basis after all other incoming, outgoing and campus mail is processed. It may be several business days or more before the mailing is completely boxed.
There are certain days through out the year that we cannot box large campus mailings due to large mail volumes or trying to squeeze mail into the student mailboxes during breaks or holidays. These days include:
- The first day of fall classes
- The week of Thanksgiving
- The Thursday and Friday of fall final exam week
- The Christmas holidays
- The first day of spring classes
- The days the W-2, 1098-T and 1099 statements are mailed in January
- Valentines Day and the two preceding business days
- The Thursday and Friday before spring break and the week of spring break
- The Thursday and Friday of spring final exam week
- The Monday following spring final exam week
