Boxing Goals

It is our goal to get your mail boxed as soon as possible. However, since we will receive an average of 1,200 pieces of campus mail per day, it does take some time to sort and box the mail.

The boxing goals below assume the mail is properly prepared according to the Mail Piece Design section and the Unaddressed Flyer Instructions or Addressed Mail Instructions pages.

Note: There are some days due to anticipated heavy mail volume we cannot box large campus mailings. These days are listed in the Large Campus Mailing section and published in The Printed Word, our newsletter to faculty and staff.

Unaddressed Flyers

Flyers to Employees Only

It is our goal to have unaddressed flyers to faculty and/or staff or please post flyers that are sender prepared, boxed by the end of the next business day after receipt. If we are doing any mail production services for these flyers, it is our goal to have them prepared and boxed by the end of the second business day after receipt.

Flyers to Students Only or to Employees and Students

A firm boxing date is not available because these mailings are boxed on a first-come, first-serve basis after all other incoming, outgoing and campus mail is processed. It may be several business days or more before the mailing is completely boxed.
