Frequently Asked Questions


Can I play on more than one team?   

You may only play on one team per sport. The only exception to this rule is during pledging. Social Club pledges may participate in the Flag Football season and in the Pledge Flag Football tournament.


Where and how do I pay?   

Currently, players can pay on IMLeagues.com with a card. Players can come by the Intramural Office in SRWC (Student Recreation & Wellness Center) to pay with cash, check, or student account. Players can go to this link to pay with their student account:

Player fees must be paid before any participation is allowed.


How do I input my banner ID?

Click on your name in the top right of the IMLeagues browser, click on “Account”, choose “Memberships”, and there it is ready to edit.

When are games played?   

Games are normally played on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays between 5 p.m. and midnight. Occasionally, we hold weekend tournaments and make up games on Wednesdays.

Can I add players to my roster after registration closes?

Yes, players can be added to a team roster until the team's first playoff game. Once a player participates with a team, they are not allowed to switch to a different team.


Can I add players to my roster after registration closes?   

Once team registration ends, teams may continue to add players online until the first game is 2 hours away. After this time, new players may be added at check-in or through the Intramural Office.

After your team completes their first game, your team roster is final.


What happens if we forfeit a game?   

You lose that game and will not have a make-up game. If your team forfeits two games without justifiable reason, you will forfeit your season.

What if our team can't play at the time we're scheduled?   

Each team is give a free pass to change or move ONE game. Your Team Captain can request a reschedule with the Director of Intramural Sports. Your request must be submitted by noon the day before the game. The team captain can find this form here.

Please communicate the entire schedule to your teammates at the beginning of the season. Most tournament times will not be moved.


What happens if I forget to bring my Student ID or Driver's License to check-in?   

If you forget to bring your ACU ID or Driver’s License to check-in, you will not be allowed to play. You may, however, check-in for your game at anytime with the proper ID.


What if there has been bad weather?   

The Intramural Sports Office will send a text message to teams if the games have been cancelled. We will do everything we can to make sure the games are made up.

Postponements and cancellations will not be decided on prior to 4 p.m. Please refrain from asking the Intramural Sports Office whether the games are canceled prior to 4 p.m.
