The Club Representatives and Team Captains are responsible for:

1.    Being familiar with all of the Intramural regulations.

2.    Seeing that all eligibility rules for the competition are fulfilled.

3.    Turning in entry roster forms for each sport by the set deadline.

4.    Notifying all team members of the date, place, and time of games.

5.    Making sure team members are on time to scheduled events wearing similar colors and that everyone has their ACU I.D.

6.    Representing their team at all meetings. 

7.    Promoting good sportsmanship.

8.    Being the contact person between your team and the Intramural Sports Department.
