PAFs (Personnel Action Forms)

A PAF is the form used at ACU for all personnel actions. This form is required for hiring, terminations, salary changes, title changes, etc.

All PAFs are available in one document. To find the PAF you need, download the document and select the type of PAF you need at the bottom. PAF versions other than these will no longer be accepted.
