Reporting Hours Worked
Pay Dates:
- Pay dates are the 8th and the 22nd of every month. If these dates fall on a weekend, then the check will be on the Friday prior to the weekend.
- The paycheck on the 8th of the month covers hours worked from the 9th through the 22nd of the month.
- The paycheck on the 22nd of the month covers hours worked from the 23rd through the 8th of the month.
- Overtime is paid when your work more than 40 hours from Sunday to Saturday in one week.
- Please enter and submit your web timesheets on time according to the dates that are listed in the header of your web timesheet. These timesheets should be submitted one business day after the end of the pay period. Therefore, you will typically be submitting time for approval on the 9th and 23rd of every month.
Having Multiple Positions on Campus
- If you have multiple positions on campus, please make sure that you enter your time on the correct timesheet online. Your hiring supervisor should be able to advise you on this.
- If there is not a web timesheet available for your new position, please complete a paper student hourly timesheet until the web timesheet is available. Also, make sure that you have provided all necessary cdocuments to the HR office and that your hiring supervisor has filled out a PAF (Personnel Action Form) and turned it into HR.
