This year, ACU will recognize Staff and Faculty for their years of service at an informal dinner.  Several special awards will be given such as: Faculty Senate Award, Outstanding Staff, Unsung Servant, University 100 Award, and Academic Advising Awards. The 2007 Employee Appreciation Celebration will be Friday, April 27, at 6:30 p.m.

• The evening will be less formal and more casual.  We will still have a nice, sit-down dinner, but the entire atmosphere will be less formal.
• A video of fun pictures will run throughout dinner.
• Peers of 25, 30, 35, etc.service award recipients will briefly tell a humorous or interesting story about the honoree.
• Retirees will be honored separately at other events.
• Our goal is for the evening to be enjoyable, interesting, and motivational.
  

Staff Pre-Session Conference

The 2007 Staff Pre-Session Conference will be on Thursday, August 16th.  Check back for details pertaining to the 2007 PreSession.

Fall Family Event

The 2007 Fall Family Event will be Thursday, September 6.   

Open Enrollment

Open Enrollment for all faculty and staff will be in early November.  This is the time to make any changes to insurance for employees and dependents. 

Holiday on the Hill

Thank you to everyone who attended the 2006 Holiday on the Hill.  The cards for deployed soldiers were mailed on December 22 to three different troops serving in Iraq.  We appreciate the time you took to help us thank these brave men and women.
