Kelly supervises all financial operations.  He is responsible for coordinating all university budgeting and financial planning activities.  He oversees all financial accounting, tax and reporting activities, all cash management activities, all finance-related customer service and training, and provides management for the Financial Management Services, Accounts Payable, and Payroll departments.
